Server Hosting
In order to be accessible via the World Wide Web your new website will need to reside on a website hosting server. As you can see, your new website will utilise lots of innovative and unique technologies. Sugarcane Content Management System is not available anywhere else so your website will need to reside on a special server, don't worry we sort all this out for you and 250 hosting points are included for the first year.
The Points System
In order to ensure that as your website grows, it doesn’t exceed the hosting
package provided, we have implemented a running points total within your
Content Management System.
You begin with 250 points, a point equates to either: 
- A standard content page containing text and images.
- An article containing text and images in the news section.
- An image contained within the image Gallery.
- An events page containing text and images in the events calendar.
As you can imagine, with so many points available it is very unlikely that you would run
out of space.
If you do find yourself getting close, it is just a case of contacting us to discuss
adding more points.
Domain Name
Within the price of a Sugarcane project we will register a new domain for you or transfer in an existing domain.
By controlling the domain and the hosting this ensures that if you have any problems with your website, hosting, domain name or e-mail accounts, we will be your first and only point of call.
We will contact you when your hosting or any domain registered through ourselves is
due for renewal.
Please note: we cannot guarantee availability of a domain name, regardless of
if the domain is available at the time of request.
E-Mail Accounts
Once your domain name has been registered (or transferred in) we will be able to create up to 5 e-mail accounts free of charge, additional e-mail accounts can be purchased in packs of 10.
