The Process
So that you know what to expect when commissioning a Sugarcane website, we have broken the process down into the following stages:
Step 1 – Analysis
We will discuss your initial requirements and prepare a quotation. This will need to be signed and returned by post.
An invoice for the deposit will be sent out and the web development
team will contact you again if required to gather information,
especially in relation to the graphic design.
Step 2 – Design of the Website
We will prepare concept artwork based on your requirements
and may request a meeting to gather feedback on these designs.
Once you are happy with the graphics, you will be sent a form to
sign this off, this allows us to proceed with building your website.
Step 3 – Implementation of the Website
As the site is being built we will give you a link to our development area where you can look at the site and we will let you have a projected live date.
Once the website is ready we will provide you with login details
for the content management system and a user manual.
Step 4 – Completed Website Finalised
After the graphics are complete and the site has been developed, we will import finished content for you, providing you with a complete, professional website.
We will arrange a convenient date for your training and invoice you
for the final payment.
When this is received, the website will go live.
